DizelTrack (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/245142/07, is a South African company operating the DizelTrack platform at www.dizeltrack.co.za. DizelTrack helps commercial farmers track diesel fuel usage and generate SARS Schedule 6 diesel refund logbooks.

• Organisation details (farm name, VAT number, registration number, address)
• Farm and equipment data you enter into the platform
• Fuel log records and diesel usage data
• Usage data and analytics (pages visited, features used)

• Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase)
• All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
• Row-level security ensures no user can access another organisation's data
• We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 5 years, in accordance with SARS record-keeping requirements
• You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations

We use the following third-party services to operate DizelTrack:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage
• Railway — application hosting
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare — DNS and security

These services process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. By using DizelTrack, you consent to the use of essential cookies required for the service to function.
