1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using DizelTrack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. DizelTrack is operated by DizelTrack (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/245142/07. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

DizelTrack is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for South African commercial farmers to track diesel fuel usage, manage farm equipment, and generate SARS Schedule 6 diesel refund logbooks. The service is accessible at www.dizeltrack.co.za.

3. Account responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into DizelTrack
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the service
  • During the beta period, one account is permitted per organisation
  • You must not share your login credentials with unauthorised persons

4. SARS compliance disclaimer

Important Notice

DizelTrack generates reports to assist with SARS Schedule 6 diesel refund claims. We do not guarantee the accuracy of refund calculations or the acceptance of claims by SARS. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to SARS. We strongly recommend consulting a registered tax practitioner for advice on diesel refund claims.

5. Beta programme

During the beta period, the DizelTrack service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features during the beta period. Beta access is by invitation only. Beta users may experience occasional downtime or bugs as we refine the platform. We appreciate your feedback during this period.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos and software on DizelTrack are owned by DizelTrack (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission from DizelTrack (Pty) Ltd.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, DizelTrack (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or incorrect SARS submissions. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of DizelTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of DizelTrack will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of DizelTrack after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
